WEARIT

Terms

Last updated 15 September 2026

WEARIT carries clothes between a shop and your door and handles the money. The shop sells them; we do not.

What you are agreeing to

By using WEARIT you agree to these terms. You must be 18 or over and able to enter into a contract.

Ordering

At the door

Paying

When the door closes we take what you kept, plus delivery, the service fee, £2.50 for each thing going back, and any extra minutes. The rest of the hold is released at once. How quickly it reappears is your bank’s business, not ours.

Faulty clothes

You are buying from the shop, and your rights against them are the ones the Consumer Rights Act gives you. If something is faulty, tell us and we will sort it out with the shop — here is how.

Riders

Riders work for themselves and choose their own hours. They are paid per job and for the time they spend waiting at a door.

Behaviour

Riders are people standing outside in the weather. Abuse or threats end an account, and anything criminal goes to the police.

When things go wrong on our side

If we get an order wrong we will put it right. We are not responsible for things outside our control — weather, traffic, a shop closing early — beyond making sure you are not charged for what you did not get.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
