Deleting your account

Two ways. Both end with everything gone except the receipts the law makes us keep.

In the app

Open WEARIT, go to You → Delete my account, and confirm. It happens straight away. If an order is still in the air, finish it first — we cannot delete an account mid-delivery, because a rider is holding your clothes.

By email

Write to theitgroupapps@gmail.com from the address on your account, or tell us the phone number you sign in with. We will delete it within 30 days and write back when it is done.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number and email.
• Your addresses and any note about where to leave things.
• Your saved card, at Stripe as well as here.
• Any position we held for you.
• For riders: your documents, and your photo.

What we have to keep

Orders and payments, for six years, because tax law says so. After a deletion those records no longer have your name on them — they keep the amounts, the dates and the shop, and nothing that says who you were.
